COFFEE TALK: TWI – When People Development Delivers Results.
From training to leadership to daily improvement—TWI as seen through the eyes of companies in practice.
How can we ensure that employees perform their work correctly, safely, and in accordance with established standards? How can we prepare managers for their day-to-day work with people? And how can we involve employees in improving the processes they know best?
Training Within Industry (TWI) is a practical, globally standardized system focused on developing the key skills of managers and employees. It helps companies establish effective training and onboarding programs, develop leadership and positive workplace relationships, and create an environment for continuous improvement.
At the next seminar in the COFFEE TALK series, we will once again—after quite some time—present the TWI methodology as a whole. We will focus primarily on the three basic modules: TWI Job Instruction, TWI Job Relations, and TWI Job Methods.
In addition, we’ll supplement each module with a specific case study from our clients’ real-world experiences and show how TWI actually works in companies.
