HR Excellence: Elevate HR to a strategic level.

STRATEGIC. MODERN. WITH A BROAD PERSPECTIVE.
HR Excellence is a development program designed for experienced HR professionals and managers who want to shift HR from day-to-day operations to a truly strategic role within the organization.
In four practical modules, we’ll explore key areas of modern HR from the perspectives of strategy, people management, corporate priorities, and data analysis. We’ll focus on specific tools, examples, and real-world experiences that will help you better structure your HR activities and align them with the needs and goals of the entire organization.
Another key component of the academy will be the use of AI and modern technologies in HR. In each module, we’ll explore how HR technologies can truly support and simplify work and aid in decision-making. It’s not about using AI at any cost, but about the ability to choose the right tools, work with them effectively, and harness their potential where they bring real value.

Overview of the individual modules:

Module 1: Strategic HR and Digitalization (Nov. 11–12) 2026)
  • Developing an HR Strategy: Aligning HR Priorities with the Company’s Overall Goals and Strategy.
  • The Role of HR in the Organization: Building HR’s Role as a Strategic Partner.
  • HR Digitization: How to Prepare for Digitization and Successfully Implement It in Practice.

What will you take away from the training?
Endless possibilities for steering your HR activities.

AI & Technology:
We’ll explore how to take a strategic approach to selecting HR technologies and AI tools—from individual projects to the digitization of the entire HR function. You’ll learn to distinguish between technology that solves a real problem and solutions that merely add another tool, costs, and administrative burdens.

Module 2: Employer Branding and Corporate Culture (December 9–10, 2026)
  • Employer Branding: Understanding, Building, and Communicating an Authentic Employer Brand.
  • Corporate Culture and Values: Building an environment that fosters engagement and collaboration.
  • Internal Communication: Establishing an Effective Flow of Information and Communication.
  • Preboarding and Onboarding: How to Properly Structure an Employee’s Journey from First Contact to Onboarding.

What will you take away from the training?
You’ll define your employer brand and gain insights on how to incorporate it into your communications, recruitment, and the employee experience.

AI & Technology:
We’ll explore how to use AI to define and develop an employer brand, articulate corporate values, and establish consistent communication throughout the employee journey. We’ll also focus on using technology and data to manage the employee experience—from pre-boarding and onboarding through feedback and satisfaction surveys to evaluating relevant KPIs.

Module 3: Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention (January 13–14, 2027)
  • Competency Model: Using Competencies for Strategic Employee Management.
  • Employee Evaluations: Evaluations as a Key Managerial Competency and a Tool for Leadership Development.
  • Strategic Development: Planning for education as an investment in the organization’s future needs.
  • Development Centers and 360° Feedback: Tools for Employee Evaluation.

What will you take away from the training?
You’ll create your own talent management plan.

AI & Technology:
We’ll demonstrate how AI can help with setting goals, preparing evaluations, personalizing development, and working with feedback. We’ll also focus on ways to use data and technology to identify talent and plan for its further development.

Module 4: Managing Employee Costs (February 10–11, 2027)
  • Human Resources and Cost Planning: Integrating the staffing plan with personnel cost planning.
  • Compensation System: Analysis of the current system, its alignment with the organization’s needs, and decision-making regarding changes.
  • HR Controlling: Monitoring personnel costs and working with key HR metrics.
  • Transparent Compensation: Preparing for European Legislative Requirements and Establishing Meaningful Metrics.

What will you take away from the training?
A Practical Approach to Planning and Effectively Managing Employee Costs.

AI & Technology:
We’ll explore the use of AI in analyzing HR data, evaluating job positions, and verifying established criteria. We’ll also use AI as a “devil’s advocate” to help uncover inconsistencies, distortions, or poorly defined metrics—because results are only as good as the data and criteria on which they’re based.

Academy Wrap-Up: AI Mini-Project (April 15, 2027) – Free registration for participants in any HR Excellence module

On the final day, with the instructor’s guidance, you’ll create your own functional HR tool, app, or website on any topic from the academy using AI and technology. You’ll learn how to use AI and visual coding tools even without technical knowledge or programming experience.
We’ll devote the second half of the day to project presentations, sharing experiences, and a group Q&A session.

Price:
  • 17,900 CZK – 1 module / 2 days
  • 66,600 CZK – entire program / 1 participant
  • 99,900 CZK – the entire academy / 2 participants from the same company
