This document regulates how DMC management consulting s.r.o., ID No.: 27113671, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 19085, with registered office at Sluštická 1627/14, Strašnice, 100 00 Prague 10 (hereinafter also “DMC”) handles personal data:
- In the case of personal data provided for the purpose of dissemination of commercial communications, DMC may, in particular, monitor the delivery and opening of sent emails, record participation in events organized by DMC and monitor the activity of the data subject on the DMC website;
- DMC may further link all personal data with legitimately published personal data about the data subject in publicly accessible sources, combine personal data subjects and personal data into logical units and profile data subjects on the basis of the data;
- Personal data will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the law;
- DMC does not collect or process sensitive data except for those transmitted by the subject with explicit informed consent;
- DMC is the data controller;
- DMC has not appointed a data protection officer because it is not a public authority or a public body; the main activities do not consist of processing operations that would require large-scale regular and systematic monitoring of individuals, nor large-scale processing of special categories of data;
- The lawful basis for processing the personal data provided is the consent given by the data controller within the meaning of Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR);
- DMC processes personal data by its own means, using mechanical, electronic and organisational security means to protect them, in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner; there is no automated individual decision-making;
- The period for which personal data will be stored by the controller is determined by the consent given, otherwise for a maximum of 10 years;
DMC does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organisation.
Under the conditions set out in Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request from DMC access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you may, inter alia, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
You are not obliged to provide your personal data, it is not a requirement to enter into a contract.
DMC Commitment
DMC is committed to protecting all personal data. Without express consent, it will not pass them on to a third party for processing, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of its contractual obligations, in particular for the delivery of purchased goods and guarantees for them.
