Dear clients, we would like to invite your foremen and team leaders to a unique meeting that will take place at our long-standing client DENSO Manufacturing Czech, which has been developing leaders in operations through our Academy for Foremen for more than 10 years.
We offer leaders a unique opportunity to see what such a program consists of, how it helps the company and the masters themselves, and what the outcomes look like. They will have plenty of time to share with fellow foremen from other companies, see the production and training center.
Denso Manufacturing Czech has been on the Czech market for over 20 years and employs approximately 2000 people. Supplies air conditioning systems and components for passenger cars. Their products are aimed at customers in the automotive industry, including world-class automotive brands such as Land Rover, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Audi, Skoda, Suzuki, Toyota, Ford and many others.
We are offering only 25 tickets for this event, with a maximum of 5 participants per company. The event is primarily aimed at foremen, but we are happy to welcome production managers as well. Denso Manufacturing Czech reserves the right to refuse participation in direct competition.
What will be the agenda of the meeting?
- 10:00 – Welcome and introduction of the participants, introductions and breakfast
- 10:30 – Presentation by Denso on the benefits of the Master Academy (Tomas Krejci, Learning & Development Manager) + demonstration of outputs from the Master Academy
- 11:30 – Presentation of DMC management consulting “To keep the masters on their toes!” (Iva Berná & Petr Štěpán, Consultants, DMC management consulting)
- 12:15 – Lunch, discussion and coffee time
- 13:15 – Guided tour of production
- 14:45 – Break and introduction of the training centre
- 15:00 – Tour of the training centre
- 15:20 – Summary of the day, space for questions and sharing
- 16:00 – End of the meeting and departure home
