Dear clients, we cordially invite you to the Standardized Work training, which will be based on a practical game. It will teach you how to define, plan and evaluate the different phases of SW.
Standardised work (SW) is the basis of all improvement programmes. SW defines a standard – the “best way” – for any given process.
The event will take place at our long-standing client Miele technika s.r.o. in Uničov. The company focuses on the production and assembly of appliances in the field of laundry and dish care. And because you can never have enough inspiration, we have prepared a popular factory tour for you. Take a peek under the hood of a company that trains using the TWI Job Instruction methodology and see for yourself that these tools really work.
