We would like to cordially invite you to the next Meeting with the Tops, which will take place at BKR ČR – Velux production plant in Vyškov. We have prepared a unique opportunity for you to get a glimpse into cutting-edge production, automation and digitalization and be inspired by the innovations that make VELUX one of the world leaders. We will focus on modern improvement methods that are key to the development of production and process optimization.
As part of the production tour, we will also see the fully automated warehouse, which plays a key role in the efficiency of the entire operation.
In order to give you practical skills, we have prepared a TWI Job Methods workshop on the second day. We’ll learn how to spot potential for improvement even where we can’t see it at first glance. TWI Job Methods will help us systematically analyze processes and involve those who work in them in the improvement process. We will test all this with concrete examples directly in production.

- 15:00 – DMC management consulting and networking presentation
- 16:00 – Conclusion of the first day

- 09:15 – Introduction to TWI Job Methods and practical demonstration
