Frontline Leaders Meeting at KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice, a.s.
Dear Clients,
We would like to invite your foremen, team leaders, and production managers to another joint Foremen’s Meeting, this time held directly at the KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice a.s. production plant.
We offer participants a unique opportunity to learn what a systematic development program for foremen might look like, what it consists of, what skills it helps develop, and what benefits it can bring to the foremen themselves as well as the entire company. The program will also include sharing experiences directly from KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice a.s. and ample opportunity for discussion with colleagues from other manufacturing companies.
But we won’t stop at presentations and sharing. After a guided tour of the production facility, we’ll come together for a hands-on workshop to explore how to use the principles of standardized work to identify opportunities for better production balancing, more efficient use of workers, and the implementation of multi-machine operation.
About KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice a.s.
KOH-I-NOOR Mladá Vožice a.s. is a Czech manufacturing company with a history dating back to 1947. Today, it specializes primarily in the production of aerosol valves, applicators, and caps, which are used, for example, in cosmetics, household products, and technical products.
The production facility in Mladá Vožice utilizes modern technologies, including automated assembly equipment, plastic injection molding, 3D printing, and in-house development, prototyping, and testing. The company thus covers the entire process from product development to mass production and is currently also focusing on the further development and expansion of its production capacities.

There are only 25 spots available for this event, with a maximum of 5 people per company. The event is primarily intended for foremen, but we would also be happy to welcome production managers or HR colleagues who are involved in the development and training of managers.
The participation of representatives from direct competitors is subject to approval by the host company.

She is a certified master trainer of the methodology TWI. He specializes in improvement and consulting projects. She is an expert in strategic management of companies, their restructuring and reorganization and HR processes.
