CONFERENCE: How to manage a company through people
We cordially invite you to a two-day inspirational conference that will combine international experience, practical workshops and open sharing among participants.
The main guest of the event will be Patrick Graupp, Vice President and Senior Master Trainer of TWI Institute (USA), who has long been dedicated to developing people and building a corporate culture based on clear principles, standards and their daily application in management.
The conference will offer a combination of success stories, an exclusive visit to Teleflex and practical workshops that will focus on the meaningful and functional use of all TWI (Training Within Industry) methods.
The conference is designed for top management, directors, managers, HR specialists, team leaders and anyone who wants to advance in the field of people management, corporate culture and sustainable performance.
The event is suitable for participants with no previous experience with TWI methods, as well as for those who already use them and want to deepen their experience. Participants in the workshops will be divided into groups according to their level of knowledge and the content will be tailored to them.
The conference will be held in Czech/English. In the workshops, participants will be able to choose the language to make the content as useful as possible.

A VISIT TO TELEFLEX
We will visit Teleflex, a US-based multinational company that specializes in the manufacture of medical devices for critical care, surgery and other areas of medicine. The plant in Žďár nad Sázavou is part of the company’s global network, which operates in more than 30 countries worldwide and has long emphasized quality, standardization and people development.
During the tour you will see how Teleflex uses TWI methods as one of the foundations of TPS principles, how it systematically develops employees, stabilizes processes and achieves high quality and productivity in daily practice.
PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS
The most important part of the program will be interactive and practical workshops focused on the effective use of all TWI methods. We’ll show you together:
- how TWI methods work in practice
- how to implement and evaluate them correctly,
- what role management plays in their sustainability,
- what to do when TWI does not work as expected.

He is a certified master trainer of TWI methodology and leading Czech KATA coach. He specializes for development and consulting projects. She is an expert on strategic challenges in the adaptation of companies to new conditions.
Jitka Tejnorová
She is a certified master trainer of the methodology TWI. He specializes in improvement and consulting projects. She is an expert in strategic management of companies, their restructuring and reorganization and HR processes.
Iva Berná
She is a certified trainer of the TWI methodology Job Relations and Toyota KATA. He specializes in soft skills, creation and implementation of Employer Branding.
