HR Academy: Build a Solid Foundation for Your HR Department.

PRACTICAL. MODERN. EFFECTIVE.
We believe that the best way to learn HR is to work in HR.
The HR Academy will therefore not only provide you with an overview of key areas of human resources, but above all, the opportunity to try out individual tools and procedures in a practical setting. You’ll gain confidence in the fundamentals of the “HR craft” and learn how to set up and improve HR processes so that they work effectively in your day-to-day practice.
You can look forward to hands-on workshops, real-world case studies, and assignments that you’ll tackle directly within your company, followed by feedback from the instructor. Each module will naturally incorporate AI and the use of modern technologies in HR. We’ll show you how to use them to streamline your daily tasks, where they can save you time and effort, and where, conversely, it’s necessary to maintain human judgment and oversight.

Overview of the individual modules:

Module 1: Solid Foundations in HR (November 25–26, 2026)
  • Policy Documentation: Creation and configuration of basic internal documents, organizational policies, and work procedures.
  • Labor and Employment Documentation: A Practical Guide to the Documents Needed for Day-to-Day HR Operations.
  • Job Descriptions: Creating clear and precise descriptions.
  • Competency Model: Creating a foundation that can be used for employee recruitment, evaluation, and development.
  • Internal Communication: Establishing appropriate forms, rules, and methods of communication within the company.

What will you take away from the training?
You will try your hand at creating your own job description and competency model.

AI & Technology:
We’ll show you how to use AI to create, update, and review HR documentation so you don’t have to start from scratch every time. You’ll learn how to work with high-quality instructions and prompts, and we’ll also show you what to watch out for when working with internal and sensitive company information.

Module 2: Successful and Effective Recruitment (January 20–21, 2027)
  • Effective Recruitment: Modern Methods and Procedures for Attracting Suitable Candidates.
  • Assessment Centers: An objective evaluation of candidates’ abilities, competencies, and potential.
  • Candidate experience: Creating a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Preboarding and Onboarding: Setting Up an Effective Onboarding Process, Including the Use of a Training Center.

What will you take away from the training?
You will identify the biggest obstacles in your company’s hiring process and develop a hiring strategy for a specific position.

AI & Technology:
We’ll explore how to use AI in creating candidate profiles, writing job postings, pre-screening, and communicating with candidates. We’ll also look at automating communication, working with recruitment data and statistics, and how to use technology to improve the candidate experience without removing the human touch from the recruitment process.

Module 3: Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention (February 17–18, 2027)
  • Appraisal as a tool for development: effective methods of employee appraisal.
  • Development and Training: Planning and implementing development initiatives based on the needs of both employees and the company.
  • Talent Management: Identifying employees’ potential and creating conditions for their continued growth.
  • Development Centers and 360° Feedback: Practical Tools for Identifying Employees’ Strengths and Development Needs.

What will you take away from the training?
You will create your own plan for evaluating, developing, and working with talent in your company.

AI & Technology:
We’ll explore how to use AI in preparing performance reviews, creating development plans, providing feedback, and preparing managers for development discussions. We’ll also try our hand at creating training materials, activities, games, and other interactive elements.

Module 4: Motivation, Performance, and Compensation (March 17–18, 2027)
  • Employee Motivation: How to Foster Employee Engagement and Social Interaction, Including When Working from Home.
  • Compensation System: Establishing a fair compensation system in accordance with the law.
  • Compensation and Performance Management: Linking job evaluations, employee performance, and compensation.

What will you take away from the training?
A Close Look at Efficiency and Compensation Tools.

AI & Technology:
We’ll use AI as both an analytical tool and a “devil’s advocate”—it will help us verify whether we’re measuring the right things, question our established criteria, and identify potential errors or biases. We’ll also demonstrate how to use it to process and clearly present HR data and results.

Academy Wrap-Up: AI Mini-Project (April 15, 2027) – Free registration for participants in any HR Academy module

On the final day, with the instructor’s guidance, you’ll create your own functional HR tool, app, or website on any topic from the academy using AI and technology. You’ll learn how to use AI and visual coding tools even without technical knowledge or programming experience.
We’ll devote the second half of the day to project presentations, sharing experiences, and a group Q&A session.

Price:
  • 12,500 CZK – 1 module / 2 days
  • 50,000 CZK – the entire academy / 1 participant
  • 75,000 CZK – entire academy / 2 participants from one company

The individual modules take the form of two-day intensive workshops in Prague. You can register for the entire program or choose only specific modules based on your needs and interests.
