Strong TWI Job Instruction Trainer
Dealing with difficult training situations
We would like to invite you to a practical training session that will take place at the premises of our client Heraeus Medevio – in their modern, newly opened production hall in Plotiště nad Labem.
Training new employees and experienced colleagues brings different challenges – different learning rates, resistance to new procedures, loss of motivation or difficult communication situations.
In this practical training you will learn how to remain a confident and supportive coach even in challenging moments and how to respond effectively when “it’s not working”.
This training is designed for trainers who have already completed the TWI Job Instruction Basic Training, but do not need to be TWI Train the Trainer graduates.
1. The Role of a Strong TWI Job Instruction Trainer
- What it means to be a coach who inspires and supports
- How to maintain consistency and a positive attitude even in challenging situations
- Key skills of a trainer in practice
2. Communication and feedback during training
- How to react when a trainee is uncooperative
- How to talk, motivate and give feedback that moves
- How to ask questions that lead to understanding and cooperation
3. Practical part – exercises and simulations
- Solving real situations from the participants’ practice and sharing experiences between trainers
- Practicing individual steps of TWI JI on concrete examples
- Simulating challenging training situations and practicing appropriate responses
After completing the training, you will be more confident in your role as a trainer, learn practical tips for handling difficult training situations, and gain tools for effective communication and support of colleagues.
