What is One to One Coaching?

  • Individual development method to eliminate barriers the coached person builds himself and open a path to performance, learning and experiencing
  • Process of leading structured dialogue of coach with the coached with pre-set target the coached person wants to reach

The coach helps the coached to reach his target in defined time period by regular meetings when the coach asks targeted questions and provides feedback to the coached person. The decisions and solutions possibilities are fundamentally selected by the coached person, the coach does not provide advice or directions, coach is only a " mirror" of his thinking and catalysator of his emotions.
