WHAT is Onboarding?

  • Adaptation process to facilitate employee entry to company environment
  • Adaptation plan including basic of the employee, introductory "tour" around company departments, training of company culture and standards
  • Specific process that must be linked to company processes and custom practices,  harmonised with recruitment and education process of the company

WHEN utilise Onboarding from DMC?

  • You battle against high employee fluctuation, especially the first year of employment 
  • You haven´t systematically addressed new employee adaptation yet and are interested in this process standardisation or revision and strengthen its perception of distinct benefit
